Restaurant Style Dal Tadka Recipe


Tadka is the best way to give the delicious taste to Normal Dal Recipe. Dal Tadka Recipe is Quite simple and easy to make at home just like restaurant style. The Herbs and spices are used in it are purely healthy and Tasty. Dal Tadka is prepared from a number of lentils like Toor Dal, Chana Dal and Masoor Dal. This Dal Tadka is topped with an aromatic tempering of cumin and asafetida. 



INGREDIENTS

    1cup masoor dal 
    I onion finely chopped 
    1 tomatoes finely chopped 
    1 teaspoon Ginger minced 
    1 teaspoon garlic minced 
    1/4 teaspoon turmeric 
    Salt 
    1 tbsp ghee 
    1/2 teaspoon cumin 
    2 dry chillies 
    1 tablespoon ginger julienne 
    3 garlic cloves crushed 
    1 teaspoon Hing 
    Curry leaves 
    Coriander fresh 
    2 cup water
