Bread Upma recipe


Here is One the Easy and simple Recipe to make With Minimal Ingredient.
INGREDIENTS
½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder 3 Green Chillies 10-12 Curry Leaves ½ lime juice Salt to taste 2 Onions finely chopped Coriander leaves 3 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 7-8 Bread Slices 
DIRECTIONS
Add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice & chopped onion. Give a good stir.
Cover it with a lid and let the onions become soft.
Add salt to the upma mixture. Mix well.
Add chopped bread chunks and mix well.
Cover it for 5 minutes.
Bread Upma is ready to be served.
