Restaurant Style Jeera Rice Recipe

- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Ghee/oil
- chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Lemon
- Cumin seeds
- 1 Whole spices –
- 1 brown cardamom,
- 4 cloves,
- 7 to 8 peppercorns
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Salt to taste
Then add the cooked rice, salt, coriander leaves and mix it again
Jeera rice is ready to serve
a pan add ghee, whole spices, cumin seeds and mix it together
